APC's Start-UP Service provides customers with an APC certified Power Quality engineer to verify proper wiring of your APC hardware, and to power on, test and attach appropriate equipment to your APC UPS or Power Array. Parts, batteries (internal only), labor, and travel expenses are included in this program. Standard service is offered during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding Holidays.

This service is provided for SU1400RMJ, SU2200J, SU3000J and SU3000RMJ power devices.
